The annual Edgerton Pioneer Days Festival will be held in Edgerton, Missouri the 2nd weekend in September, and is hosted by the Edgerton Community Betterment Association. Contact the Association at <a fr-original-style="" href="mailto:edgertonpioneerdays@gmail.com" style="text-decoration-color: currentcolor; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">edgertonpioneerdays@gmail.com</a>.The committee is not affiliated with, funded by, or operated by the City of Edgerton.&nbsp; PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE WITH THIS APPLICATION. No cash, checks or money orders beginning in 2027.&nbsp; The dates for 2027 will be September 10th and 11th. Please complete all required fields and share clear details about your booth, electrical needs, and any food or specialty items. Your information supports fair placement and smooth communication with our team. All vendor applications must be turned in and payment submitted by August 15th. Late applications will incur a $10 late fee and will be approved on a case by case basis. We will not accept applications after September 1st.&nbsp;Beginning with the 2027 Festival, all payments must be made online at time of application. No cash, check or money orders.&nbsp; The Association reserves the right to determine eligibility of all vendor sale items.&nbsp;Items in resalable condition, new items, crafts, plants, collectibles, etc. are permitted to be sold at the festival. We are striving to produce a high quality event. The Association reserves the right to veto certain items while still allowing the business to have a booth.&nbsp; Food vendors will be considered on a case-to-case basis to not conflict with the Association&rsquo;s functions or other vendors. Obtaining proper food handler permits is the responsibility of each food vendor, and is required. &nbsp;Please contact the Platte County Health Department prior to the event to purchase the proper permit. Booth spaces will be marked on the ground. All spaces must have tables that are covered and items arranged in a neat manner. All vendors will be responsible to provide their own tables, chairs, extension cords, tents, tie downs and display materials. We ask that all vendors be conscious and considerate of their neighboring vendor by not blocking the view of the adjoining vendor booth. Side walls or tall blocking displays may not extend further than five foot from the back of your booth on either side. All items must be kept within the 12x12 space. If you expand beyond the 12x12 you will be charged for another booth. Please be mindful of hitches and any other external parts of your tent/trailers when measuring.&nbsp;Booths with electricity are $10 more, and have access to 110 voltage outlets. No a/c mega wattage items allowed (unless vendor provides a quiet generator to provide their electricity). The Association reserves the right to change the floor plan (including, but not limited to aisle space) without notice.&nbsp; Vendors will be asked to please move your vehicle after unloading to designated parking areas. This will allow parking for your customers and all other festival activities. If you require parking accommodations, please contact us via email.&nbsp; A vendor may cancel or withdrawal from the festival but is subject to the following conditions. A.) The vendor shall receive a full refund if cancellation occurs prior to August 15, 2027. B.) If cancellation occurs on or after August 15, 2027 the vendor forfeits all fees.&nbsp; Hours: Vendors are responsible for manning their own booths. The official set up time is Friday 9am to 4 pm, and all vendors need to be ready by 4 pm on Friday (one hour prior to opening at 5 pm). Dismantling will begin NO EARLIER THAN Saturday at 8 pm. Please make your plans accordingly as it is not fair to the Association, other vendors and our customers to dismantle prior to 8 PM on SATURDAY.&nbsp;The festival has other activities going on throughout the park area during all open hours of the Festival. Any vendor dismantling prior to the close of the show may forfeit their right to return in future festivals.&nbsp; Care of the Park: The Edgerton Community Betterment Association is allowed the use of the park by the City of Edgerton. Vendors are expected to treat the park in such a manner as to protect it from being damaged or defaced. Your space is to be left neat and clean. Do not drive your vehicle onto the grass in the City park without authorization from the Association.&nbsp; Safety and Security: Each vendor is asked to provide designated areas for safe customer traffic, and to take reasonable care to protect participants in all areas from any safety hazards and accidents. Vendors will be responsible to take care to secure booth property items due to weather and vandalism. It is highly recommended that all vendors carry insurance. Edgerton Community Betterment Association reserves the right to require insurance on a case to case basis. Overnight security in the park is provided&nbsp;Friday&nbsp;night.&nbsp; Other: All matters and questions not covered by the general information, rules and regulations are subject to the decision of the Association.&nbsp;NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED IN THE PARK.
