This event is free and open to the public. Monarch Festival at Art on the Parish Green draws, on average, over 15,000 attendees and promises to be an even larger event this year &ndash; more artists, more food, more music, and more fun!Come. The Arts Alliance of Southern Indiana has hosted the Monarch Festival in different locations throughout Southern Indiana each year since 2010.St. Paul&#39;s Episcopal Church has hosted Art on the Parish Green from 2006-2019.
