Each booth space has a 12' frontage with a MAXIMUM of 2 (10'x10') tents' depth depending upon booth placement within the garden areas.

Prior approval must be obtained from the Herb Fest Committee before more than one vendor can share one booth space.

Each 'Food Truck' space assigned within the food court area is tailored to the truck/trailer size. Located within the Cann Garden Parking lot, the area is paved and has municipal water and electricity provided. The electricity types are 50 AMP/230 Volt & 30 AMP/120 Volt.

Each Winery or Brewery is assigned a shaded garden spot to the west of the Cann Home. Vendors that sell alcohol are restricted to this '21 & Over' location on the property that is clearly marked and cordoned off.

Nonprofit agencies (services registered as charity or nonprofit with the IRS or State of Oklahoma) must have prior approval from the Herb Fest Committee before this price selection as spaces are limited. Email the committee to receive the COUPON CODE for the $50.00 per space price.
