Private lodging with triple occupancy is a hotel-style room with private bathroom and three extra-long twin beds.  You will have an opportunity later in registration to name up to two roommates.  If you choose this option but do not name any roommates, you will be placed with one or two other ladies in your room.  If you name only one roommate, a third lady may be placed in your room.  Bed linens and towels are included with private lodging, along with Bath & Body Works soaps and shampoos, blow dryers, irons, and ironing boards.  All attendees will dine together.  Private lodging has the added benefit of being next to the dining room.

Reserve your private lodging accommodations with a non-refundable deposit of $100, which will be applied toward the total private lodging cost of $525.00. This deposit secures your private room and your place at the retreat. The remaining balance of $425.00 may be paid in installments according to the retreat payment schedule and must be paid in full by March 31, 2027.

Group lodging is a traditional camp cabin style lodge.  Each cabin room has 24 bunkbeds.  At current capacity estimates, each attendee will have her own bunkbed set and can choose the bottom or top bed for sleeping.  Cabins have an attached bathroom suite, and are air-conditioned and heated.. Bunkbeds include regular 14" mattresses.  Attendees in group lodging will provide their own bed linens, towels, and toiletries.  Group lodging has the added benefit of being in the same building as the main meeting room.  All attendees will dine together.
