Indian American Cultural Association of Westchester (IACAW) Heritage of India Festival (HIF) Vendor Application and Payment Information

Event Details:

For the past twenty-three years, IACAW has proudly organized the Heritage of India Festival (HIF) in partnership with the County of Westchester. This year marks the 24th anniversary of this vibrant celebration, scheduled for Sunday, August 4, 2024, at Kensico Dam Plaza.

About HIF:

HIF is a highly anticipated event that celebrates India's rich culture, art, music, literature, and culinary delights. It serves as a platform to promote cultural diversity and foster greater understanding within our communities, attracting a diverse audience of all ages and backgrounds.

Vendor Opportunities:

To enhance the experience of Indian culture at HIF, we invite vendors and interested parties to display, sell, and/or share their knowledge, products, and skills with attendees.

Application Process:

  • Review the site map below to select your preferred booth location. You may select any one of the available sites, which are colored in red and green. Different colors indicate varying rates based on site location.
  • Complete all relevant information in the application form.
  • Submit payment to secure your desired site. 
    Note: Your desired site is not secure until the form is completed and payment is submitted.
  • Confirmation and Follow-up:Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Specific instructions for the day of the festival will be provided at the end of July.
