Stickers can be picked up and purchased at the entrance to the park during Thursday event check-in and during normal park hours. Please plan to pick up passes prior to the morning lineup.<ul><li>Renew OHV passes online at <a href="http://www.dnr.state.mn.us/licenses/online-sales.html">www.dnr.state.mn.us/licenses/online-sales.html</a></li><li>OHV registration fees = $38.50 for 3 years or $21 for 1 year non-resident trail-pass.</li><li>Non-resident trail-pass available for non-MN residents with vehicles legally registered as OHV in another state and not in MN for more than 30 days.</li><li>May be purchased at the OHV park upon checking in or online at<a href="http://www.dnr.state.mn.us/ohv/nonres_pass.html"> www.dnr.state.mn.us/ohv/nonres_pass.html</a></li></ul><hr /> All drivers must be a current member of the Minnesota Land Rovers club, or a member of a club participating with the Association of North American Rover Clubs (ANARC) and in good standing. All vehicles and passengers participating in official North Star Rover Rally (NSRR) events are required to be registered. Any non-registered vehicles or passengers will be asked to immediately register if space is still available. Any refusal to do so, or inability due to the event being sold out, will require the individuals/group in the vehicle to leave the North Star Rover Rally immediately.  All participating vehicles are required to be Land Rovers.
