ENTRY FORMS DUE BY 5:00 PM &mdash; JUNE 25, 2026Please be advised that entries received after 5:00 PM on June 25, 2026 may still be accepted; however, a late fee will be incurred.ABSOLUTELY NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER TUESDAY, JUNE 30, 2026 AT 12:00 NOON. Parade lineup will be in the parking lot beside Doc Wadley Stadium at NSU, starting at 9:00am.Parade step off will be at 11:00am. GENERAL INFORMATION-Please note that late fees will be applied to entries received after the registration deadline.-Preparing the parade requires numerous hours to finalize the lineup, create information for emcees, coordinate radio and television broadcasts, and prepare judge scorecards.-Meeting the registration deadline allows our team the necessary time to organize and produce an outstanding parade for the Tahlequah community. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.-All floats and parade entries must not exceed 15 feet in height from street level.-Floats and entries should focus on celebrating the 250th Birthday of the United States of America. Entries not following the event theme or guidelines may be denied participation or asked to leave.-Parade organizers reserve the right to deny or remove any entry displaying unsafe behavior, inappropriate content, offensive language, political campaigning, not following our guidelines, or conduct deemed disruptive to the family-friendly atmosphere of the event.-Parade organizers reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel the parade due to severe weather, public safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
