Grants entry to the 251st Birthday Ball at the Hilton Event Center, including dinner and with formal program and celebration. Formal attire or military uniform required to gain entrance. Formal attire or military uniform required to gain entrance. Marines in dress blues must meet U.S.M.C. height/weight/grooming standards to attend.
