A Private, Hands-On Culinary Experience at Orange Coast College

Prepare for an unforgettable culinary experience with Chef Phi of Orange Coast College, created exclusively for a group of 10.

This private, two-hour experience offers winners the rare opportunity to step into the kitchen with Chef Phi for an intimate, hands-on culinary session. More than a cooking class, this is a personalized experience designed around the group’s own tastes, interests, and culinary ambitions.

Your Experience Begins Before You Enter the Kitchen

Prior to the event, the winners will enjoy a private 15-minute consultation with Chef Phi to discuss what they would most enjoy preparing. Together, they will explore culinary ideas and select or shape a menu specifically for the group.

Chef Phi will then transform those ideas into a memorable culinary experience—making the winners active participants in creating the menu as well as preparing it.

A Private Culinary Experience

During the two-hour session at Orange Coast College, guests will work alongside Chef Phi in a professional culinary environment, receiving personalized instruction, demonstrations, techniques, and insider tips from an experienced chef and educator.

Guests will:

• Collaborate with Chef Phi on a customized menu
• Participate in a hands-on, professional culinary experience
• Learn techniques, skills, and culinary insights they can bring home
• Work together as a group in the kitchen
• Enjoy the meal they have created together
• Experience the unique setting and culinary expertise of Orange Coast College

An Experience to Remember
