2024-205 MembershipABOUT V_TESSE TRACK CLUBWelcome to V-Tesse Track Club! Our track club was founded in June 2012.   V-Tesse was developed for athletes interested in the sport of track and field (ages 6 – 18).  Our team mission is to expose athletes to top level competition and to provide youngsters with an opportunity to improve their performance in track &amp; field while promoting fitness and sportsmanship. Our track team has become a recognized track &amp; field club on a national level. The success of    V-Tesse has been due to the hard work of our athletes and our supportive parents. Our club trains and competes on a national level. We are members of the AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) and USATF (United States of America Track &amp; Field).  Over the past few years, we have had our athletes participate in AAU and USATF Junior Olympics and finishing the season achieving their personal best.  ABOUT THE HEAD COACHV-Tesse Track Club is owned and operated by Emmanuel Gregory Doresca. Coach Doresca is a USATF Level 2 Certified Coach. Mr. Doresca is a high school mathematics and science teacher in Queens, NY. He has been teaching for almost 19 years.  He has been competitive on both the high school and college level in track and field. His philosophy is that hard work will always outweigh talent. ABOUT THE ASSISTANT COACHCoach Crystal Hightower is a Transformation Coach and Wellness Advocate. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer with 3 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. She specializes in strength training, group exercise, step aerobics, and online coaching. She is currently working with young adolescent athletes through a mentor program focused on speed training, strengthening &amp; conditioning and endurance for track and field.
