Altered Tails Project is based out of Massillon, Ohio and runs solely on donations from the public. Your support allows us the ability to TNR community cats throughout Stark County as well as assist financially with the spay/neuter of owned cats and dogs within low income households. We have successfully TNR'd, spayed and neutered over 240 animals this year and our hope is to reach 350 animals by the end of 2024.
