As the story unfolds, the unique qualities of plants and fungi are explained and celebrated. These characteristics are then combined in the give-and-take lifestyle of lichens. Reading Planteo and Fungiette with young children illustrates the beauty of cooperation and sharing in both nature and real life.  This will be the perfect outing to keep children and grandchildren engaged in reading over summer vacation. Autographed copies of the author’s book will be available for purchase and anyone purchasing a book will receive a special discount in our Nature’s Treasure’s Gift Shop.
