GPHS PTO - GRAD NIGHT PARTY 2024

This ticket provides one GPHS senior a night of party events for our graduates to enjoy as a group one last time.  Dinner right after graduation, bus transportation to and from the events and of course a great time.

This is an annual parent run event, not associated with GPHS.  TICKETS The Senior 2024 Grad Night Party tickets are now on sale for $225. This includes an event t-shirt while supplies last and 5 raffle tickets. Tickets will be sold in person during select lunch starting December 13th through March, below is our calendar dates link (cut and paste). Then they will be whisked away in chartered buses. They will return to the school by 5:30-6:00am and will need a ride home for safety as they will be sleep deprived from staying up all night.  The details of the party are kept within the committee, so it is a surprise to the Graduates.  This is a standing tradition of the parent sponsored Grad Night Party at most schools. There will be parent chaperons and we will be asking for extra help soon, as we get closer to the event. Everything is included in the price of the ticket – transportation, entertainment and food.  The entire event and venue(s) will be secure – no in and out privileges, all exits will be monitored by chaperones.  If your student has special considerations, please make us aware so we can determine if we can accommodate reasonably/safely (food allergies mostly come to mind but there could be other needs). If the cost of the ticket is prohibitive, reach out to Tori Foley and she will work with you to arrange alternative payment options.  This is intended to be an inclusive event not exclusive.  Any information about the party that we can share, generically, will be done through our Facebook page, the school bulletin and when needed by email or postal mail. ***Parents & their Seniors will need to complete a Waiver and Registration Form with payment, that was distributed via email or picked up by your senior at lunch.(If paying online, turn the forms in during next lunch visit or mail them to the address on the form, check the calendar link for lunch dates).
