We are pleased to offer this class to 6th - 8th grade students on Mondays. There will be three separate sessions. You may sign up for one or for all! There will be a separate sign up for each session. 

Winter Session -Nov. 20, 27…Dec. 4, 11, 18…Jan. 8, 15, 22, 29…Feb. 5 (10 classes)

This class will be held at the YMCA youth room. Students will walk with the YMCA gym class participants over to the YMCA. The mixed media arts class and the gym class will occur at the same time from 1:30 - 2:30 and pick up will be at the same location. 

There will be a signup genius to help walk students over to the YMCA. All parent volunteer walkers will need to have clearances on file at the school. Parents will need to help walk students over to the YMCA or the parent will be responsible for getting their own child over to the YMCA. 

There will be a $40 fee per student for the Winter session, which can be paid on Zeffy before class starts. There will be a 12 person limit to this class. Then there will be a wait list. 

Class Description: 
Mixed media arts will focus many weeks on creating a yearbook. We will be learning graphic design, journalism, and photography. We will also add a 3D art piece or two into the sessions.  𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞: 
Jacquelyn Neunder is a WCA parent to 3rd grader, Henry. With over 12 Years experience working with school yearbook and photography companies, she is excited to bring all things yearbook to Watermark! Jacque teaches Sunday school at her local church. 

If you need to pay with cash or check:

Send payment to the school in an envelope marked "POW! Mad Scientist Extracurricular" along with your student's name to be placed in the POW! Mailbox in the main office. Checks need to be made out to 'Watermark Classical Academy' and include 'Mad Scientist Extracurricular' with your child's name in the Memo.
