The Corvallis Guitar Society presents the 5th Corvallis Guitar Festival, November 10th and 11th at the First Congregational Church in Corvallis (4515 SW West Hills Rd.).  The venue seating was replaced in 2020 with super-comfortable padded chairs. California virtuoso Steve Lin opens the festival on Nov. 10 at 7:00pm. Described as “virtuosic…elegant…and romantic” (Soundboard) and “a confident player with a powerful sound, quick hands, and a solid musical memory,” (Classical Guitar) Steve Lin is among the most engaging players of his generation. The star on Saturday, Nov. 11 at 7:00pm is William Kanengiser.  William has forged a career that expands the possibilities of the classical guitar.
