Free will donation for babysitting and supper. Your child will be in good hands with the Petersons who are licensed foster parents. Your participation supports DLTS STAR Dance Couple Daryl &amp; Marilee Peterson and their pre-event fundraising campaign benefiting 2B CONTINUED. We&rsquo;re grateful for your support! Dancing Like the Stars (DLTS) event features 12 &lsquo;STAR&rsquo; couples from Brown, Carver, McLeod, Nicollet, Renville, Sibley, and Wright counties. They are working with a professional choreographer to learn a dance routine to participate in the friendly dance competition on Saturday, April 11, 2026. The couples also engage their communities to raise money for the organization and awareness of its&rsquo; mission. DLTS is an exceptional production that supports a local organization doing critical work in local communities. &nbsp; The money raised is used for education, outreach, and events in local communities to help carry out the mission. &nbsp;In 2025, more than 62,000 people were reached by 2B CONTINUED&rsquo;s programming. &nbsp;Some were reached through the educational offerings of Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR, the mental health version of CPR), SafeTALK for Ag trainings, Mental Health First Aid courses, and at the Continuing Education Conference for Professionals. Others were reached through community outreach activities like yard signs with encouraging messages, community celebration parades, county fair booths and Suicide Loss Support group. &nbsp;Regardless of the platform, messages of &quot;You are not alone&quot;, &quot;You matter&quot;, &ldquo;Mental Health IS Health&rdquo;, &ldquo;There is Hope&rdquo; and &quot;Together we can make a difference&quot; are touching lives and helping to provide connections and resources for mental health and wellness where they are most needed. &nbsp;&nbsp; The Dancing Like the Stars Show is the primary funding source for the teen Mental Health First Aid program. In the &lsquo;25-&rsquo;26 school year, 2B CONTINUED certified instructors are teaching the Teen Mental Health First Aid (tMHFA) curriculum to 74 class sections of high schoolers in 22 area school districts: Buffalo Lake-Hector Stewart, BOLD, Central (NYA), Eden Valley Watkins, Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop, Glencoe-Silver Lake, Hutchinson, Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted, Lester Prairie, LeSueur-Henderson, Maple Lake, Mayer Lutheran, New Ulm Cathedral, Nicollet, Renville County West, St. Peter, Sibley East, Sleepy Eye, Springfield, Waconia, Waconia Learning Center and Watertown-Mayer. Each school has between 1-10 class sections. The program is valued at $2,500/section up to 30 students. The program is offered without charge to schools, removing any financial barrier to participation. The response from schools and participants to this training has been overwhelmingly positive. &nbsp;&nbsp; ABOUT 2B CONTINUED2B CONTINUED, a MN based 501c3 nonprofit organization (Fed. Tax ID # 84-2398238), was founded in 2019, in memory of Shelly Teubert, who died by suicide. She is a sister to the organization&rsquo;s founder, Tammy Diehn.&ldquo;2B&rdquo; was Shelly&rsquo;s nickname, inspired by their&nbsp;maiden name, Teubert.&ldquo;CONTINUED&rdquo; reflects Shelly&rsquo;s career as a dedicated inpatient mental health nurse, passionate about caring for individuals facing mental health challenges. She helped save countless lives throughout her career. While 2B CONTINUED does not provide professional services, it carries forward Shelly&rsquo;s legacy through advocacy, education, and outreach.The name 2B CONTINUED represents hope, resilience, and the belief that every life is a story still being written. It reflects our mission to continue conversations around mental health, provide lifesaving education, and support those in need.
