This protects the right to choose an abortion for anyone with a uterus.</div><div><br /></div><div>Because the premise of the decision was on the 14th Constitution Amendment protections of "Equal Protection under the law", other rights based on the same premise are also in danger of being eliminated as Justice Clarence Thomas clearly stated.</div><div><br /></div><div>In addition, there are other alarming Supreme Court decisions made around the same time that intersect with the overturning of Roe v Wade such as the narrowing of scope of Bivens v Six Unknown Named Agents which protects our rights against unreasonable warrantless search and seizure.
