This event is raising money for financial assistance for households in Lincoln County that are struggling with winter heat bills. Last year the event raised more than&nbsp;$8,000 to assist with oil, kerosene, propane, wood and electricity costs for local households. &nbsp;Unfortunately, this winter the projected needs in Lincoln County (and the costs) are even greater. The event on October 24th at St. Patrick&rsquo;s Church, consists of a a three-course spaghetti dinner, a silent auction and a concert by local choirs &mdash; TICKETS are $25 for individuals, $60 for families. The Master of Ceremonies this year is Don Carrigan of the Pumpkinfest Regatta and WCSH fame. Musicians will include Sean Fleming and local choirs. &nbsp; All proceeds will go to CHiP, Inc and the ECHP for heating assistance this winter for those in need in Lincoln County.
