The 2nd Annual Mock Mah Jongg Tournament is being presented by the North Bethesda Village in conjunction with the Davis Library of Montgomery County. &nbsp;The tournament will be held in the lower-level meeting room at the Davis Library. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to play in a mah jongg tournament, but were afraid that it might be too competitive, too stressful, too anxiety-provoking? If so, then this is the tournament for you!&nbsp; We will be playing American mah jongg according to National Mah Jongg League rules with one major exception: HANDS CANNOT BE CALLED DEAD. If you make a mistake, no big deal. This tournament is geared to be low-stress, low-anxiety, and lots of fun. If you&rsquo;re worried that you&rsquo;re not good enough or fast enough, rest assured that you don&rsquo;t need to be good or fast. &nbsp;If you know how to play, you&rsquo;re good enough. And there are no time limits on games. We will be rolling dice to break the wall. If you&rsquo;re not sure how to do that, no worries &mdash; we will teach you. If you don&rsquo;t know how to score, no worries &mdash; we will review scoring beforehand. Why should you register? &nbsp;Because it will be fun and there will be prizes. The registration fee is $15.
