2nd Annual Taste of Mana Gala: Expo Tables and Ad Space

Vendor Spotlight Table (HCCH Member)
$100
  • You must be a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and paid registered guest to participate.
  • Location of Showcase is inside Hangar 79
  • Sales are allowed, except for drinks, alcohol, food, or pre-packaged food.
  • Food vendors can purchase a table to market their business, create giveaway, provide QR codes for their social media, etc. Food is not allowed to be sold or displayed
  • Venue will be providing 8' tables and chairs
  • No linens will be provided
  • No electricity nor wifi will be provided
  • All vendors will need to complete form 5512 with handwritten signatures and copy of everyone's driver's licenses for Base access to Ford Island. - We will provide in an email
  • Set up will begin 3:30 pm
  • Table should be ready before 5:00 pm
  • You must have at least one person at your table from 5:45 pm - 7:00 pm (start of Awards ceremony)
  • Organizers will host an interactive activity to encourage guest engagement with each table
  • Consideration of offering guests discount or incentive if they visit your business after the event
  • Breakdown of your table will be at 10:00pm
  • Social Media mention will be made once all requirements are met
