Due to high demand, we are having a second session! This workshop is designed for developers interested in bringing middle-income housing projects to life in Memphis. Attendees will receive a step-by-step overview of the Memphis Middle-Income Housing Pilot Program (MI-Pilot) and learn how to access City funding to support infill housing development.The session will also introduce the Pre-Development Assistance Grant, which helps offset early project costs such as site work, grading, and utilities&mdash;critical resources for emerging and local developers. HCD staff will walk through application guidelines, eligibility requirements, and timelines, and share insights on how these funding tools can work together to strengthen project feasibility.Both nonprofit and for-profit developers are encouraged to attend.
