Tournament Rules &amp; InformationThe official bracket will be emailed to gamers on March 13th! (so you can see who you are competing against) Tournament Location: Eastland High School Cafeteria (900 W Plummer St. Eastland, TX 76448)Tournament Time: starts at 10 am (we cannot officially give an end time, but expect 6pm to be the latest)Doors Open: 9:30 am - announcement at 9:55 am!Cost: $40 per team or $20 per person &amp; we will find you a duo! No 1v2 allowed.(pay online at the time of registration)$2 CASH FEE for non-participating gamers! All proceeds go to supporting the mission of Live Laugh &amp; Love Our Community; a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Rules:*You do NOT have to be a student of Eastland ISD to participate!*Ages: 18 &amp; UNDER only! (all players in our previous 2 tournaments have been 13 &amp; under even though it was open to 18u)*Duos Competition - 2v2 - double elimination bracket! First to 10 Wins.*CASH PRIZES for 1st &amp; 2nd place *Players should bring their own gaming console,  headset, controller, and charger. We WILL have monitors &amp; TVs available for this specific tournament! If a player does NOT have their own gaming system they can rent one for a small fee of $5. Rented consoles will be at “default settings”. *The public is available to watch in the viewing area. There will be a $2 entry fee for ALL non-gamers.*Players may have help setting up their gaming systems, but NO ONE other than the player may touch the player's gaming system once the competition has started*No helping or coaching other players*No helping or being coached by non-participants*NO AIMBOT allowed*Must be on 2v2 box fight*No cussing, fighting, or arguing with other contestants**Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given after registering  Tournament Director/Staff Information for ParentAll tournament directors &amp; staff are volunteers. All volunteers over the age of 18 will have a full background check and at least one director will be CPR certified. Informed Consent and AcknowledgementI hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by tournament director during the selected tournament. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless tournament director and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected tournament. I consent to my child's photograph being taken during tournament for social media and marketing purposes. In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against the tournament director including all affiliates, participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event.
