Vendors
We are inviting you to connect with our membership as a participating vendor. As you know, vendors, along with the quality and relevance of their merchandise, products, and services, play a significant role in the success of any conference or event. You will be able to build relationships and launch new products and services. In addition, our event is a great opportunity for you to share your products and/or services with hundreds of participants, who will participate on site.
Expected attendance: We are expecting over 500 attendees, including Omega Men, Significant Others, Guests and Friends.
The local area features a dense population of Divine Nine Chapters and several undergraduate and graduate universities. We believe this opportunity for customer traffic and exposure is invaluable for vendors serving this demographic.
Site Set Up: Each vendor will be provided up to two (2) tables at a cost of $150.00, and will be responsible for discarding their trash, keeping their area neat, and facilitating easy egress for guests at the hotel.
