Join us for community yoga at Clearview High School in Lorain. Did you know that yoga is so much more than just stretching?  Yes, you'll stretch a bit.  But it's ALL about the breath! Using your breath, especially when accompanied by movement can quiet a busy mind and better mental wellness.
