- We don't recommend this event for children. This is geared towards grownups. If you have a "festival kid" who's seen it all and is supervised all the time, that's your choice. If you make this choice, everyone, no matter what their age, needs a ticket. If you need more info, feel free to get in touch.
- In the event you are unable to attend, you may find someone else to take your spot. Get in touch up to 24 hours prior to the event via info@coloradograss.org to arrange transfer to someone else's name.
- This is a private event which we make available to the community to allow others to immerse in the culture and creativity we celebrate as a group year round. Be kind, or you'll be asked to leave without refund and won't be allowed back.
- When you purchase a ticket, that purchase is inclusive of membership in our community for the duration of your attendance at the event. Your purchase signifies your acceptance of the rules of membership and you understand that you are attending a private event, and that you may be asked to leave at any time.
- No pets or animals of any kind may be brought on to the ranch/campground. The property is surrounded by working ranches. We've had visits from working farm dogs, llamas, and random livestock. There are local kennels in Berthoud, Longmont, and Loveland. Please get a sitter for your pet or make use of a kennel. If you show up with an animal, you'll be asked to leave and come back without it. No refunds issued.
No, not even emotional support animals. Please don't ask or seek an exception.
If it's impossible to leave your animal at home, stay at home with your animal. - The facilities are historic, built in the 1950s/60s and are not ADA compliant.
If you are disabled, please get in touch before making a purchase. - There is no "staff" - this is a slightly organized arts campout with some facilitation and a sound guy.
Everyone is expected to help out, clean up, keep it cool, and make it work!
Organizers are not paid.
