2025 Fair Hill Workshop Cancelled - The Brandywine Plaza Hotel had to temporarily close due to a water main break which caused extensive damage. I was informed several weeks ago that the hotel will not be opening in time for the workshop weekend. After an exhaustive search, I have been unable to secure a suitable alternative venue for the workshop weekend. Regrettably, I have been forced to make the difficult decision to cancel for this winter. The Brandywine Plaza will be reopening in the summer, so I fully expect to hold the workshop next winter (February 2026). To those who registered and those who were planning to register, I am so sorry to have to disappoint you. I appreciate your support and your understanding. I hope to see you at the Fair Hill Games May 17, and at next winter's Fair Hill Workshop January 31-February 1, 2026!

Registration Fee $200 – includes classes all day Saturday and half day Sunday, plus lunch Saturday

Deadline for on-time registration – December 31, 2024

Late registrations will be accepted after the deadline, space permitting, but will include an additional $20 late fee

All workshop proceeds will benefit the Fair Hill Scottish Games

CEILIDH

Saturday evening’s ceilidh will be a casual get-together with a cash bar. Everyone will be free to share their love of piping & drumming (or any other Celtic instruments as well) by getting up and playing if they wish. There will be no admission charge for the ceilidh. All are welcome.

Please register me for the Fair Hill Workshop. In consideration of acceptance of my registration, I hereby agree for myself, heirs, assigns, or executors, that I (1) will hold harmless and release The Scottish Games Association of Delaware, Inc. (SGAD), the Brandywine Plaza Hotel and Convention Center, on whose property the SGAD’s Fair Hill Workshop (FHW) is held, and their agents, representatives, employees, officials, and directors, and their respective insurance carriers, if I suffer any personal injury (including death) or property damages during the event(s) during the FHW; (2) will personally and/or in conjunction with my personal insurance carrier underwrite any medical or other costs associated to my injury or property damages; and (3) will not file a claim against any of those enumerated in (1) above for such injury or property damages. To my knowledge, I am in good health and have no physical condition that would prevent participation. The undersigned further agree that photographs and video that may include their likenesses may be made by or for the Association at the FHW; these items may be used, along with the names of the individuals involved, by the association or by others authorized by the Association without compensation to those involved. These images and videos may be used in promotional materials and communications, publications, on our social media accounts and other applications. Please notify the event photographer at the time the photo or video is being taken if you do not want to be photographed.
