The sponsors get assigned tables all other tickets are general admission.  Arrive early to find your favorite place to sit or just somewhere to land at while you are not bidding or on the dance floor.  Your ticket price will include heavy hors d'oeuvres and an open bar with a cash bar option.

It is a 21 & up event only. ID Required. Doors will open at 6pm for all guests. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Your ticket with the QR Code is in your email from Zeffy. Please have the QR Code ready to be scanned for check-in.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Pick a table without a reserved sign on it if you want a landing spot. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">The attire is FUN – Formal to casual just be ready to have fun. Feel free to wear wigs, boas or whatever helps you feel festive! Wearing Pink is a plus!</li></ul> To enjoy this event to the fullest, below are some quick and helpful tips. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.<ol><li style="box-sizing:inherit">PARKING: Street parking is free, and there are several pay lots and garages around the venue.  The prices vary.  Rideshare might be the best way to go.  </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">ENTRY: All building entrance is through the courtyard at Generations Hall.  310 Andrew Higgins Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70130.  Follow the pink lights, look for the step and repeat photo op, take a photo and post on social you are at the event.  Once inside, your tickets will be scanned.  Please either have a printed copy of your ticket or have it easily available on your phone and ready to be scanned to expedite entry. This is a 21+ event only. ID’s will be checked.  Get a stamp on your wrist for reentry.  </li></ol>            Corsages / Boutonnieres : If you ordered a corsage, boutonniere, or both, they will be available at the entrance when you scan                         your ticket.              Are you a Breast Cancer Survivor:   Grab your survivor sash when you come in and be sure to join us on the dance floor for a                          special presentation at 8pm.        3. OPEN BARS: There is alcohol that Krewe de Pink has supplied for the event.  Beer, Wine, Liquor.   If you don’t find something you                like in the open bar, you are welcome to utilize the bar as a CASH Bar.  They will accept cash or credit card.  They will run a tab                  that you can use at any of the 4 bars throughout the space.  When you cash out at the end of the night, be sure to go back to the                bar you started at.  Prices range from $3 to $12 with a wide selection available.          4. PHOTOS:   There is a photographer at the step and repeat as well working the room.  We will put photos up for people to                               download as soon as possible.         5. PIP50 – watch to make sure auto correct doesn’t change that 3 letter                  code.    Want to try something on?  Ask a volunteer with a tape measure.  Costumers from the film industry are ready to help you               test things out or measure you for fit.  The auction closes at 9:15PM.          6. RAFFLE:  Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20.   The Pussyfooters are ready to collect payment and issue raffle tickets to you.   Put                 your name and phone number on the raffle ticket and drop it in the bucket you want to win.  Cash or credit cards accepted.  The                raffle closes at 9:30pm.          7. King and Queen of Prom: Would you like be King or Queen of Prom, or maybe someone from your group?  It is an auction item                     this year!  Check it out on the Auction Page.               8. FOOD : There will be a smattering of food options in the Auction area for you to graze on.  If you are picky about what you want                  to eat, you can bring your own food if you like.          9. Researcher:  Want to know more about the research this event helps fund.  Find a researcher.  They will have badges that say “I                  Love Breast Cancer Research”.  They can share the information about what they are doing and how the Krewe de Pink                                 contributions help.         10. ATM:  There is an ATM available across the courtyard in the Hilton Garden Inn. Cash may be easier and faster for raffles.         11.
