Terms: Winner must book travel dates with condo donor (contact to be provided to winner) within 90 days of drawing. Travel dates must be within 1 year of award, subject to availability at time of booking and excludes black out dates (12/24-1/2). The winner will be drawn when all 200 tickets are sold.

 The value of the condo rental is $2,350. Total prize value is $4,850 and the winner would be responsible for any taxes. The winner will be required to sign an agreement to comply with the rules of the condo complex and be responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. 6 person maximum occupancy.
