Amherst Hurricanes Athletic Boosters

This is earmarked to cover a portion of the annual subscription for VidSwap that the Boosters provide to ALL Sports teams. This is used by coaches and teams to review games and practices and improve skills and game IQ. It is also used by players and coaches to create college recruiting highlight videos for those athletes who aspire to play collegiate sports. Includes recognition on the Boosters' website and a company logo displayed at the golf open and family celebration.

Supports the cost of Senior Night programming. Includes recognition on the Boosters’ website and company logo displayed at golf open and family celebration.

Supports a student-athlete college scholarship awarded to seniors. We aim to award five (5) $1,000.00 scholarships, if fundraising permits. Includes recognition on the Boosters’ website and company logo displayed at the event.

All-League

Family Celebration Sponsor Includes recognition on the Boosters’ website and company sign prominently displayed throughout the family celebration.

Flag Sponsor (one of 9 sponsors) Includes your company logo displayed at one of the holes (the flag is yours to keep!).

Tee Sponsor Includes your logo prominently displayed at one of the tee-off boxes on the course.

The Amherst Hurricanes Athletic Boosters, Inc. (“Boosters”), a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, is a   dedicated group of parents, coaches, student-athletes, community members, and alumni who recognize the importance in community building and the value of athletics to all.  The Boosters work throughout the year to raise funds to buy items that are not in the Athletic Department’s budget such as new uniforms, new scoreboards, additional equipment, and college scholarships.  For our coaches and the student-athletes that wish to continue competing at the college level, we also support a video platform that provides statistics and highlight film that can be provided to prospective collegiate coaches.    Our largest fundraiser each year is the Hurricane Golf Open & Family Celebration.   This year, our fundraiser will be held at the Amherst Golf Club on August 24, 2024.   We will be honoring the MIAA Western Massachusetts Officials Association.  If you have been a sponsor in prior years, thank you!  If you have not had the opportunity, now is the time to show your support. We hope you will BE A SPONSOR for this year’s event.  All sponsors receive recognition on our website and at the event; providing excellent marketing to hundreds of community members.  Enclosed is information on sponsorships.  Please see our website (<a href="http://www.hurricaneboosters.com" style="color:inherit;text-decoration:inherit;user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit">www.hurricaneboosters.com</a>) for more information .
