*HPPG Packages Price List and What It Includes:In order to prepare any/all estate plan documents, Sydney conducts a free initial 30-minute meeting (a $350 savings!) via telephone, zoom, or in person, then obtains the necessary information and prepares your custom documents.

Thereafter, Sydney meets with you in person to review, sign, witness and notarize your documents. Your completed documents are then scanned and maintained electronically by Sydney, and you retain your original documents, as well as a PDF copy provided via email.

Additional Needs

In the event you have multiple real properties, beneficiaries requiring special needs planning, or more complex estate plan issues, Sydney will work with you to determine a fair price in advance of any commitment.

If you have previously completed an Estate Plan and wish to update/amend those documents, Sydney will provide you a quote for those changes specific to your needs.

Tené will ensure that you are continuously updated at every step of the process. All information that you share will be kept confidential.

A portion of every purchase from HPPG benefits the Serve Squad 501c3 nonprofit program. Underserved Metro Detroit high school students who are preparing for college and career are supported through your purchase.

Each order you place helps to provide more opportunities for youth to get paid internships as work experience as well as mentoring, training, and guidance as they prepare to transition to adults and pursue professional careers. Lady Bird Deed Deposit

Ladybird Deed Package: Includes Deed, Property Transfer Affidavit, and Recording with the Register of Deeds - $500 [retail price: $650 - a savings of $150] If you put down a deposit, we will consider this your approval for us to proceed with drafting the documents that you ordered. Therefore, deposits are nonrefundable.
