This event will serve as an informative session for youth under 18 and their parents.  - Hear from Leadership of the Youth and College Division for the NAACP Maryland State Conference.   - Learn about becoming a member of Washington County’s NAACP Youth Council.  - Create a vision board We will provide all the basic materials needed to create your vision board. Feel free to bring any pictures or materials you’d like to personalize your board!  Donuts, coffee, & juice will be provided.  Don’t miss this chance to connect with peers and become a youth member of the NAACP.
