The party listed has registered for a vendor space with Ashtabula Pride, Inc., for the Pride Festival June 21, 2025.  The invoice provided is for the cost of the vendor space at the festival.  <div>•  YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN TABLE, CHAIRS, AND TENTS.  THOSE REQUIRING ELECTRICITY AND/OR WATER MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN GENERATOR AND WATER SUPPLY.</div>•  SET UP:  Vendors will be by assigned times Saturday June 21, 2025, from 7-9am depending on their location on the        grounds and their level of difficulty to set up. All vehicles must be removed from the festival grounds no later than           10:30am. •   Ashtabula Pride is NOT responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of vendor's items and/or property•   All vendor spaces are set up per a grid and must be followed.  A location map will be sent a minimum of two weeks      prior to the festival, which will give the vendor an idea of the location they will be.  7-5 days before the event,                vendors will receive their finalized vendor space location.  •  Upon arrival, at your scheduled time, you will drive through the line you are assigned, which are marked V-A, V-B,        V-C.  This will take you to the correct area you are assigned.  Here you will meet a Vendor Team Leader or an                  appointed Volunteer, who will show you to your correct location.  •   All vendors are required to stay set up until the end of the festival and not begin tear down prior to the closing of          the festival.•   The festival is scheduled regardless of weather situations, unless advised by the National Weather Advisory or the         US Government/Governor of Ohio.  There are no refunds granted due to severe weather conditions or cancelation         due to the request of authorized law enforcement's orders.•   No weapons, illegal drugs or substances, or alcohol is allowed while attending the event, including set-up and tear down.  The event is a dry festival and the venue has a no alcohol order in place.•  All Vendors are responsible for knowing what is required and having all applicable state and local licenses current          and up to date.  •  All food vendors must have with their vendor's license, Board of Health licensing, and proof of insurance the day of        the event.  The Health Inspector will be present to check documents.•  Any vendor and their associates who do not follow any rules set forth in this contract or the law(s) set forth by the         State of Ohio are subject for immediate dismissal from the festival with no refund of fees, with the possibility of             being permanently banned from any and all functions sponsored by or promoted by Ashtabula Pride Inc.  Please note that spaces must be paid within 30 days from the time registered or application will be removed and you must re-register!
