The winner will have thechoice of the 2021 Harley Davidson Low Rider or $10,000.There are no other prizes being awarded. The first drawn ticket will be the designated winner of the raffle.There are no refunds for ticket sales.The winner does not have to be present to win.The winner of the raffle will be notified immediately via email, phone call, or snail mail should they notbe present. The winner then has 60 days to claim their prize. Should no claim be made after 60 days, asecond drawing will be made from the original pool. This process will continue until the prize is claimed.If the prize is not claimed by 12/01/2023, the prize will be donated to another legal Non-Profit.Should the event be cancelled for extenuating circumstances, the winning ticket will be drawn June 10 th at7:00PM at post 179.The winner of the raffle is responsible for any state, local, or federal taxes that will incur due to thewinnings.Disclaimer: Improper use of the vehicle can result in serious injury or death.
