Grace Studio is hosting a yoga class with the proceeds benefiting Tommy’s Pantry, named for Tommy Raskin. Tommy grew into an extraordinary example of kindness, grace, generosity, and humility. His spirit will carry on in many ways, including in this work where neighbors look out for one another. His belief in ensuring human dignity remains the cornerstone of our organization.

In 2022, through the generosity of its donors, volunteers and through the support of the Church of the Ascension, Tommy’s Pantry was able to distribute 300 shelf-stable food boxes once per month, 300 wellness boxes (hygiene items and cleaning products) once per month, and 160 fresh produce boxes 2-3 times per month, servicing more than 300 local families experiencing hardship.

Tommy’s Pantry is 100% volunteer run. On average each month, approximately 120 volunteers per month to unload trucks, pack and distribute boxes. Approximately 70% of the contributions received are from individual small donors.

We are happy to designate Tommy's Pantry as the beneficiary of the proceeds from this yoga class.

Grace Studio Waiver We are delighted to have you as a yoga, Pilates, and strength training student. The following information will help you get the most out of your classes at Grace Studios, LLC and clarify your instructor's role. Please read and sign below. 1. By participating in any class, workshop, or clinic, you voluntarily, knowingly, and expressly assume the risk of any injury. The following guidelines may help you to reduce that risk: • Listen to and follow your teacher carefully • Breathe smoothly and continuously as you move and stretch • Do not hold your breath or strain to attain any posture • Work gently, respecting your body's abilities and limits • Do not perform postures or movements that are painful • Ask your instructor if you are unsure how to perform any movement 2. Consult your physician before engaging in any exercise program. Inform your teacher of any health condition(s) that may affect your class participation. 3. You represent and warrant that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent you from participating in class. 4. It is your responsibility to monitor each activity to determine whether it is appropriate for you. Although your teacher will guide you, you remain solely responsible for your safety and well-being. 5. In consideration for your participation in any class, workshop, one on one private and/or clinic, and by signing this form, you, your heirs, your assigns and your legal representatives hereby forever release, waive, discharge, indemnify, hold harmless and covenant not to sue Grace Studios, LLC, and their owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, members, managers, partners, instructors and representatives (collectively, "Grace Studios") from all injuries, damages, losses, expenses, attorneys' fees, settlements, liabilities, claims, suits and causes of action which may result there from, and which may affect you and/or Grace Studios, LLC. 6. Each teacher reserves the right to refuse participation by any student who behaves in any dangerous, threatening, distressing or disruptive manner. 7. If you do not wish to receive physical assistance, it is your responsibility to so inform your instructor. I have read the above Disclosure and Release Form, and fully understand its contents.
