3rd Annual Ruck for HopeTogether, we&#39;re carrying a TON OF HOPE.This year we&#39;re not just showing up for another ruck, we&#39;re carrying the weight for those who feel like they can&#39;t.The F3 Austin Foundation&#39;s 3rd Annual Ruck for Hope is our opportunity to come together as men, raise awareness for mental illness and suicide prevention, and remind our community that no one has to carry their burdens alone.Our goal is to collectively carry one ton of weight&mdash;that&#39;s 2,000 pounds.Each of us will carry whatever weight we safely can. Maybe that&#39;s 10,40,60 or 100 lbs. The weight doesn&#39;t matter nearly as much as the willingness to shoulder it. Individually, we carry what we can. Together, we carry a ton.If you&#39;ve ever been through a difficult season, you know the weight life can put on your shoulders. The beauty of F3 is that we&#39;ve never been expected to carry it alone. We lock shields, we pick each other up, and we keep moving forward.
