By registering you certify that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms below:&nbsp;<ul data-spread="false" fr-original-style="" id="isPasted" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">I permit my child to participate in UGL Beach swim lessons.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">I hereby waive, release, and hold harmless the UGLPOA, its officers, representatives, employees, volunteers, and instructors from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses, or liability arising out of or related to my child&#39;s participation in swim lessons.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">I have submitted the required $40 registration fee in the form of cash or a check payable to UGLPOA.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">I understand that students may be placed in a more or less advanced class at the discretion of the instructors to ensure the safest and most appropriate learning environment.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">I understand that if my child misses three (3) classes, they may be dropped from the program without a refund.</li></ul>
