Stories are a fun way to introduce young children to nature and farm life. Each Story Time will have a theme based on the seasonal happenings at the farm and nature preserve. After listening to the story the children will then bring the story to life as they visit the animals. No charge for parents or children under 2.

Below is everything you need to know: What to ExpectPlease check in at the front desk upon arrival. We will read a seasonal story either inside or outside if weather and other programming permits.  Please dress for the weather.  You're welcome to explore the farm and preserve afterwards.  What to WearIf you plan to explore, it's recommended to wear boots that can get muddy.  We have some available for borrowing, but they are first come first serve and sizes are limited. Stollers can be difficult to navigate the various terrain on the farm. Baby carriers are recommended if you have littles who might need carried. Weather PolicyThis is a rain or shine program.  We have a large indoor space to utilize for Story Time, but be sure to dress for the weather if you'd like to explore afterwards.
