2025 FBRA annual membership fee (New) active from January 1 - December 31 of the same year. Includes access to the FBRA swimming pool and boat ramp. Visitors and renters of more than 30 days must purchase a full membership.

Initiation Fee is a one-time fee required from new members. This fee is due one time per property address. It is not transferable to new owners. This money goes into our emergency fund. It can also be financed through 10 monthly of $50.00 each by selecting option 3.

Finance Option: By choosing this option, you elect to finance the Initiation Fee through 10 monthly of $50.00 each. This election is not reversible. It can be paid off early in the amount of $600.00. This fee is due one time per property address. It is not transferable to new owners. This money goes into our emergency fund.

2025 Fee to provide use of FBRA facilities to short term renters or tenants of FBRA member landlords. This fee goes into the general fund to cover additional costs incurred by FBRA from heavier use and wear and tear of non-member visitors. Landlord must also be a FBRA member in good standing. Visitors of more than 30 days must purchase a full membership.

2025 Boat Ramp Key Deposit - Refundable with the return of the key. There is no refund for lost keys. When the lock is changed, the key can be exchanged for a new key. There will be a $1.00 exchange fee to cover the cost of the new lock. This generally occurs on January 1 of the new year.
