CHANGE! in venue for the fall retreat.  Due to the lack of interest in the Mrytle Beach venue, I am making a change to the Crystal Coast Oceanfront Hotel in hopes of getting more interest.  In the spring I had 22 sewist register for the retreat, however, the room only comfortably will seat 18.  The Crystal Coast is the new name for The Inn at Pine Knoll Shores.   We will be able to check into the sewing room at 4 pm on Wednesday, November 6 and check out by 11 am on Sunday, November 10. Be sure to make your room reservation at the Crystal Coast after registering on Zeffy. Room reservations need to be made by October 6, 2024, in order to get the ASG pricing.  Room rates are $109.00/night/double occupancy.  Call 252.247.4155 to reserve your room. PLEASE: Fill out all sections of the form in Zeffy in case we need to contact you.   Cancellation Policy:  Your deposit of $95.00 will reserve your space for the retreat. If a maximum number of sewist sign up and you need to cancel, a refund will be issued if the space is taken by another Sewists.   Need to mail a check:  make the check out to Raleigh ASG, PO Box 1072, Garner NC27529.  Be sure to include the event name and your ASG number.   The deadline for registration is 8/30/2024
