The overnight session will start around 9:00 pm, depending on when we finish up our group dinner post the earlier meditation.  The EESystem is very naturally detoxifying because when our cells have the right energy, the body will go to work on discharging what is not in alignment with the new energy. So when we spend continuous time in the EESystem, our bodies are also able to go into deep states of coherence, regeneration in addition to the releasing of what does not serve our highest and greatest good physically. These states of regeneration can feel blissful and deeply restorative leading to outstanding sleep.  We highly recommend you come well hydrated and if you have any bowl issues, taking some smooth tea the week before to prepare. We also recommend doing a highly effective detox bath within 24 hours of the overnight, we will provide you with the recipe.   Some like to wake up and do meditations during the night in the technology. Having a 2am 4 hour meditation in this energy field, will also provide you with an optimal environment to reach highly altered states of consciousness, and the doorway between worlds. The pineal gland can become more open and energy can move through it easier, very similar to how it is in live group meditation settings.  All sales are final but can be transferred.  So many fun things for us to experience together!
