Come celebrate 5 years of Give N' Grow impact and help us boost the mental health of 5,000 Baltimore City K-5th graders next school year! In true Give N' Grow fashion, this celebration will be high energy, positive vibes, and a whole bunch of love with the goal of bringing together all of our friends, family, and supporters from the Baltimore area to have a fun time! There will be a raffle where you can win health and wellness prizes from instructors, facilitators, and organizations from the Baltimore area. And in honor of our online Mini Hoop Workouts program, there will also be mini basketball hoop shooting contests where you can win more prizes! All the money that we raise at this event will be going toward boosting the mental, emotional and physical health of 5,000 Baltimore City K-5th graders in the 2022-2023 school year.  We have two main event types that we're looking to deliver to these K-5th graders next school year:<ol><li>Gym Class Takeovers</li><li>GNGX Assemblies</li></ol>With Gym Class Takeovers, we team up with a local organization (i.e. Under Armour, T.Rowe Price, etc), bring their staff to an elementary school, and empower their staff to teach our innovative Mental Health X Basketball drills to hundreds of elementary school students. We love this event for so many reasons. First, we're not only impacting the mental health of youth, but also the employees that are volunteering with us. And second, we're typically introducing these corporate communities to a underserved, low-income youth community which we believe is helping to create a more compassionate and connected Baltimore City. With our GNGX Assemblies, we perform either an in person or virtual assembly (whatever is best for the school) that brings an uplifting mental health experience to the entire school successfully impacting hundreds of students at once. These assemblies help to bring a fun and engaging experience to mental health programming which boosts the effectiveness of current mindfulness and social emotional learning (SEL) curriculums that these schools have in place. With your donations we will cover all of the overhead it'll take to recruit schools, and schedule and execute these impactful events. Everyone is welcome to this event, so please feel free to invite and bring friends and family to the party!
