WHAT:
Travel to Fayetteville, Arkansas to connect with the NICA community, cycling industry partners, and non-profit leaders to learn from one another, improve our national practices and effort and leave inspired to get #morekidsonbikes
What to expect:
The 2024 NICA National Conference theme is “Growth”
National Conference attendees will collaborate with league directors, staff, partners and experts to bring the transformational power of NICA to more people and change youth sports
Coach Developers will leave with concrete plans and action steps to support new team development and existing team growth
League Staff will leave with concrete plans and action steps that can be immediately implemented to grow a sustainable league
League Directors will develop operational plans that will bring the transformational power of NICA to more people
Partners will leave with a better understanding of how to become a more impactful part of the NICA community and growth
WHO:
League Directors and league staff, NICA Board of Directors, league advisory board members, advisory council, coach supporters and developers, guild leaders and members, GRiT coordinators, Adventure coordinators, Teen Trail Corps coordinators, sponsors and special guests.
WHEN & WHERE:
When: Wednesday, June 19th – Saturday, June 22nd
Where: Fayetteville, AR
Suggested travel days: Wednesday June 19th and Sunday, June 23rd
Travel and transportation:The Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) is the closest airport. (it’s about a 30 minute drive from the event venue). The Tulsa International Airport (TUL) is a great alternative, and may provide better flight options. (it’s about a 2 hour drive from the event venue.)
Please Note: The Welcome Party on Wednesday evening is at the Fayetteville Town Center, so plan your travel accordingly.
WEDNESDAYArrive in Fayetteville, and join us for a welcome party at the Fayetteville Town Center
THURSDAY & FRIDAYKick off your days with a morning group ride, followed by speakers, conference sessions, lunch, and a happy hour at the Fayetteville Public Library
SATURDAYSpend the day exploring Fayetteville with solo and group activities, plus enjoy a happy hour and closing dinner with our community
COST:
$450 PER ATTENDEE
The registration fee includes the meals outlined below, plus access to all sessions and group rides.

Please Note: Lodging, travel, and transportation are not included in the conference fee.
