If you choose to participate in the group airfare reservations from a major city (i.e., MCO, TPA, FLL, MIA, ATL, BNA, DFW, IAH, PHX), a $100 deposit is required. There is a separate group travel form that you can complete after you complete your mission registration form. If the group airfare reservations do not work out, the $100 deposit will be refunded to you. Please decide on this step early on and whether you want to stay longer after the trip (some airlines allow 'deviation, ' meaning you can depart earlier and/or return later). Group airfares are best booked three months in advance to guarantee an economical airfare.

I hereby participate in the above-described activity organized by the Coptic Orthodox Diocese of the Southern United States (“Diocese”). I fully realize that there are risks inherent in the participation in this activity and I assume all such risks. Accordingly, I, intending to be legally bound, hereby release and hold harmless the Diocese, its clergy, servants, agents and volunteers from any and all liability as a result of my participation in the activity, or any injury, loss, damage or incident occurring during my participation in the activity regardless of any negligence on the part of Diocese, its clergy, servants, agents and volunteers.
