A $10 deposit is required to hold your appointment, you will receive an invoice for the rest of the balance the day before your appointment, the rest of the payment can be in cash, card, or check.

Your pet will be transported to our Redwood City clinic run by Dr. Rudiger at Whis-Purr Rescue and returned to the pick-up location that evening.

DROP-OFF: 

8 AM at the Los Banos Petco parking lot

1429 W Pacheco Blvd, Los Banos, CA 93635

The drivers leave promptly at 8:30 am and we can not wait for late arrivals.

Friendly cats must be in carriers, feral cats must be in traps or transfer cages

Please label your carrier with your name and your pet’s name.

PICK-UP: 

We will text you at the provided phone number with a pick-up ETA once the driver is en route but it is typically between 5-8 pm

SURGERY DAY

Your pet can eat and drink normally the night before the appointment, but please remove food first thing in the morning.

All cats will receive a brief vet exam and may be denied surgery for medical reasons, if this is the case we will contact you and refund your payment.

We will provide post-op instructions and review any medical notes when your pet is returned.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you need to cancel your appointment please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can fill your clinic spot.
