One. To provide a support system for women who have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer in the media industry. We are here to offer peer to peer guidance, helpful tips and advice for women who may be going through surgery or treatment and a safe space during gatherings for all members to support one another. There are no instructions when a woman is diagnosed. As we have all been resources for one another, the MLCC can help guide these women as they undergo their own journeys.  Two. To utilize our collective voices and influence to drive awareness within our community around early detection and to fundraise to support areas that we, personally, have found critical in our diagnosis, fight and recovery.
