Microsoft Office documents are NOT acceptable due to PC/Mac format
variability (Please save MS Office docs as Press Quality PDFs). 
If your original artwork is smaller than the specs above, and you enlarge it to meet
specs, it may not print sharply. 
If your original artwork is larger than the specs above, that’s ok, as long as its
dimensions are proportional to the specs above. 
If your artwork is larger than the specs above, but not proportional to the specs
above, and you distort the artwork to meet the specs, your ad may look strange
in print.
