Roles will be established when you arrive, but possible duties include: Cashier—Taking orders from guests and ringing them up using a simple iPad and Square reader system; giving change as indicated by the system if they pay with cash Fulfiller—Retrieving various cans from coolers and delivering them to cashiers Bartender—making simple mixed drinks (vodka soda, rum and coke, whiskey and water, etc.) and pouring wine and bottled cocktails Runner—Keeping coolers, liquor, ice, and cups stocked by bringing them from a cooler truck or a storage room
