a. Active Members (1) Active members shall consider themselves honor bound to study the subject under consideration by the organization, to perform department and committee work assigned to them, and to support all projects endorsed by the general membership. (2) Active members are required to attend at least three (3) regularly scheduled meetings during the Club fiscal year or forfeit active membership automatically. Exception for compassionate reasons may be made by majority vote of the Executive Board.

Associate Members (1) Members who, by reason of employment, seasonal residence, physical conditions or certain compassionate reasons, are unable to function as active members shall be eligible for associate membership. (2) Associate members shall be entitled to all privileges of the club except for voting and holding elective office. (3) Associate members are encouraged to participate on committees and to carry on their intent and purpose in the community.
