Join Quality Resilience Fitness in a fully equipped meal prep class at ASU's College of Health Solutions Instructional Kitchen! All food and supplies will be provided by Sysco and you'll take home a week's worth of prepped lunches as well as reusable containers. Eric Schuch of Full Strength Nutrition will take you through the preparation and cooking of your meals and afterwards, you'll enjoy a roundtable discussion/Q&A with him over lunch! Limited Space and Availability. Early Bird preference will be given to veterans and CHS alumni through October; signups will be open through the first week of November.
