Welcome to the 2024 Festival of Trees Sign-Up! United Way of Mason County is excited to bring this event back this year and make it bigger and better! Each business, organization, or team that registers to sponsor a tree will receive a Christmas tree to decorate. The trees are going to be around 5-6 feet tall and will have a tree stand. ALL decorations must be weather-proof and securely fastened to the trees. The wind can be quite strong at the Stix Biergarten. Fragile ornaments, dough ornaments, etc. are not recommended.

The business, classroom team, or organization will be responsible for decorating their tree from Tuesday, December 3, 2024 to Friday, December 6, 2024. Trees must be decorated at Stix Biergarten and must be finished by the close of business on December 6th.

From Saturday, December 7th to Sunday, December 15th, the community will be invited to view the trees at Stix Biergarten and also given the opportunity to vote for their favorite tree(s) by purchasing tickets ($1.00 = one vote). 

As a participating business, you will be sponsoring a tree for $100. You will be responsible for decorating the tree during the decorating window and removing the decorations during the time frame of Monday, December 16th to Wednesday, December 18th. 

For sponsoring a tree, your business will receive at least 10 social media mentions, as well as promotion from local media and a professional photo of your tree. The business logo will also be on a banner at Stix Biergarten viewable from the road and the event. We will also be holding several events for festival promotion and also promotion of our tree sponsors. 

At the Festival of Tree's  family event on Sunday, December 15th at 3:00pm - 5:00pm, we will be announcing the winners. 

The trees will be donated to local families in need of a tree. 

All proceeds from this event will benefit United Way of Mason County to help fund local programs and initiatives.

THINGS TO NOTE: 
These trees will be housed outside, and all ornaments and decorations MUST BE weatherproof.
